We'll never rent, sell or share your information with anyone. The only further contact to expect is from us, if needed to clarify your order. E-mail will always be our preferred way. .
Your order will always ship in plain wrap. The only markings will be those of the U.S. Postal Service. The return address will always be PO BOX 1553., Provincetown, Mass. 02657. We package appropriately, without telltale shapes or silhouettes for others to see.
Joining our mailing list is strictly voluntary; to do so, you must complete the related box on our homepage or checkout page.
We understand that shopping on-line isn't for everyone. We fill phone and fax orders with equal care and discretion. Feel free to use the shopping cart on our site to remember your selections for up to 10 days.
Should you order online from our secure, encrypted site, you will have the option of tracking all of your current and past orders. For this service, click on the Remember Me feature. Any user that has access to your computer will also have access to shop here, view previous orders and re-order products.
If you are using a public computer or you do not want your personal information displayed, please do not select this option. Should you leave this option checked, our store will not be held liable for unauthorized access to your account. In addition, your browser must have cookies enabled for this feature to work properly.
Terms of Service
We strive to ship orders the day we receive them. Please help us by completing all required fields on the checkout page of your order. Your phone number and billing address (including any apartment or suite number) must be on file with your credit card issuer.
As you complete your order, we recommend that you check-mark the box requesting e-mail confirmation within 24 hours. Should we be out of stock in an item in your specified color or size, we will ask whether you would like a substitute. We're also happy to delay your order until new stock arrives, or even cancel. We regret that we cannot discount shipping charges on split deliveries of in-stock and backordered items.
In most cases, we'll fill backorders within two weeks. However, some items are only available from one company. Factory snafus can result in longer delays. We'll keep you informed in these rare instances.
We cannot be responsible for items that are confiscated by customs or other officials. Please make sure that items being shipped are legal in your area.
We ask that you notify us immediately of any shortcomings in your shipment. We test every battery-operated item to ensure that it works before it leaves our store. Please contact us for directions on returning any defective item.
Due to the nature of our merchandise, we can only accept returns of defective items for replacement, or exchange in combination with another item and store credit at our discretion. We cannot accept returns of DVDs, books or apparel.
Our normal shipping method is USPS priority mail. Rates for premium delivery are noted on our checkout page. Should you choose overnight delivery, note that we usually ask the carrier to leave the package at the destination address if no one is there to sign for it.
